Loé Maire
Doctorante en télédétection à l'Institut de Géographie de l'Université de Zurich
Loé Maire est doctorante au Remote Sensing Laboratories (RSL) de l'Université de Zurich, ainsi qu’au sein du groupe de télédétection de l'Eawag. Elle est titulaire d'une licence et d'un master en sciences et ingénierie de l'environnement, avec une spécialisation en ingénierie de l'eau, des sols et des écosystèmes, obtenus à l'EPFL. Ses recherches actuelles portent sur l'identification des groupes taxonomiques de phytoplancton dans les lacs périalpins à l'aide de technologies de télédétection, en combinant des observations au sol et par satellite.

Dr. Eleonore Cassandra Poli
Business Developper Space & Aeronautics, CSEM
Dr. Eleonore Poli is a Swiss Materials scientist and engineering. After studying materials & engineering at EPFL and ZHAW, she worked as an intern at Pilatus Aircraft Ltd. Before she moved to the United Kingdom, where she did her PhD at the University of Cambridge in Materials & Metallurgy, focusing on the corrosion and fatigue of coatings for turbine blades. She completed a 2-year postdoc in additive manufacturing of metals at CSEM, before starting her new position as a business developer for space & aeronautics at CSEM, helping all technologies for space and aeronautical applications. In parallel to her PhD, Eleonore funded CHASM, the community of human analogue space missions, conducting research with parastronauts, creating a community of analogue missions and databases and working on a spacesuit development. Dr. Poli is also an amateur athlete, pianist, photographer and plane pilot.

Giovanni Crupi

Giovanni Crupi a obtenu son diplôme d'ingénieur en génie électrique à l'Université des sciences appliquées de Constance (Allemagne) en 1999. Il a ensuite obtenu un diplôme d'études supérieures en télécommunications à l'Université des sciences appliquées HTW de Coire en 2002 et un MBA à l'Université des sciences appliquées de Zurich en 2007.
Depuis 2002, il occupe un poste de direction chez Swisscom (Suisse) SA, au sein du département du développement des services destinés aux entreprises.

Emmanuelle David is the executive director of EPFL Space Center at the Swiss Institute of Technology (EPFL) in Lausanne, an integrative hub serving the EPFL community and the Space Innovation network : federating, incubating, and transferring space education, research, and innovation
Before joining EPFL in 2020, Emmanuelle has gathered more than 10 years’ experience in space transportation in academia, agency and industry from pre-development projects up to launch operations. She holds aerospace Engineering degrees both from the University of Technology of Compiegne, France, and the Technical University of Braunschweig, Germany.

Olivier Dessibourg est journaliste scientifique. Physicien, mathématicien de formation, il est chef adjoint de la rubrique Science&Environnement à l’Actu TV de la Radio Télévision Suisse (RTS). De 2004 à 2016, il a dirigé la rubrique Science&Environnement du quotidien Le Temps. En 2019, il a cofondé Heidi.news, un média digital couvrant les sciences, dont il a été le rédacteur en chef adjoint. A l'Université de Neuchâtel, il donne un cours de master nommé « Médiatisation de la science ». Entre 2012 et 2019, il a été président de l'Association suisse du journalisme scientifique (ASJS) et délégué suisse auprès de la Fédération mondiale des journalistes scientifiques (WFSJ). Il a présidé le Comité d'organisation de la Conférence mondiale des journalistes scientifiques 2019 à Lausanne, qui a attiré plus de 1300 collègues de 82 pays. Modérateur d'événements, il est aussi auteur de livres de vulgarisation scientifique.
